Trial Balance have been instrumental to our Finance team, recruiting all the current members. Elle is very approachable and always cheerful on the phone, she asks the right questions about the role and requirements and gets the right fit for the vacancy.
Due to further expansion we were seeking a new Financial Controller. I approached Trial Balance and they very quickly identified a suitable shortlist of candidates.
