As a recruitment agency, I could not recommend Trial Balance enough. They provide an excellent level of service and take the time to understand the role/s we are recruiting for and how important cultural fit is to us as a business. David has located some fantastic candidates and sourced our Financial Director who has been positively influential in our business. We recently lost our financial supervisor, who has taken up a placement with another company. Our accountants recommended that we contacted Trial Balance for interim support. I phoned up and spoke to Steve, who dealt with my enquiry in a professional, timely manner. After a short while I received a CV from a candidate and met with them the following day. The candidate came with plenty of experience and was ideal for the role. I informed Trial Balance that I would like the candidate to start with us and they were able to start the following week. Based on my experience of Trial Balance, I would happily recommend their services.

We used Trial Balance to cover for a 3-month sick period. I called on a Tuesday and had a credit controller working for me on the Wednesday. Trial Balance are quick, efficient, and very good value for money.

Dave was able to organise five interviews back to back within 3 days. After second interviews I could have offered either of the two candidates that I had progressed!
