Part time Accounts and Payroll Administrator - Wellington - £28-£30k FTE 

Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a well-established Somerset based business with strong links to the construction sector. Due to continued growth and an established customer order book they currently seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent, part time basis at their Wellington offices. The role is offered out on a part time basis in a two week pattern (first week 3 days and second week 2 days rolling).

Key responsibilities to include: 

- Administration of accounts payable and receivable 

- Preparing and administering supplier payment runs

- Process Payroll and Administer Pension

- Manage CIS and VAT scheme requirements

- Bank reconciliations and petty cash management

- Prepare profit and loss reports

- Chase over due payments

We’re looking for an experienced candidate who possess previous CIS and payroll experience. The successful candidate can be either part/fully AAT or qualified by experience but should possess at least two years’ experience gained in a similar position, ideally using Sage Line 50. The role works within a busy but very friendly office so great communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
