Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant - Holsworthy - To: £22-25,000 - Full time or Part time - Permanent

Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively engaged to assist a long standing organisation who have a diverse portfolio of different businesses under their brand. The company is based within a commutable distance of Hoslworthy and currently seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of many areas of the accounting function. 

Role responsibilities of this broad opportunity to include: 

- Administering day-to-day accounting transactions

- Accounts payable 

- Accounts receivable

- Bank reconciliations

- Monitoring of aged debtor

- Supporting the the wider Accounts team 

We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 18 month’s recently gained finance exposure, ideally spanning the full function. Candidates can be either part/fully AAT qualified or qualified by experience and should possess good IT aptitude (ideally XERO or Pegasus based). The role works within a busy, friendly and fast based department where excellent communication skills will be a must!
