Job security - Our client operates in one of the most recession proof sectors out there; they’re a major educational provider in the Southwest. Over the past two years Trial Balance Consulting have successfully sourced candidates for eight brand new finance roles. Two of those placements were either during or post lockdown. They’ve not lost a member of their finance team in five years. Box one ticked?

Role variety - No two days will ever be the same in this role. Why? Because the organisation is growing very rapidly indeed and the senior finance team recognise that nobody wants to tackle the same mundane tasks day in, day out. The is a role that spans virtually every aspect of the finance function but with a prominent focus on the production of highly quality management accounts, supporting the senior finance team and working closely with a variety of non-finance department decision makers. Core focus of the role to include: 

- Management Accounting

- Creating detailed budget reports

- Financial analysis

- External reporting and financial accounting

- Play a key role in supporting major accounting projects

This is a full time, permanent role that is offered on a hybrid working basis with three days in the office and two remote.
